| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet using our secure shopping cart. We do not recommend sending credit card info through e-mail, since it is not secure. |

| We Ship most "In Stock" orders to customers in the continental US within 48 hours via DHL or UPS. SPECIAL ORDERS Special Orders are ordered specifically for you. We ship most special orders in the continental United States within 10-14 days. However, since these are not stock items we cannot guarantee delivery in that time. If you are ordering from outside the continental United States, before shipping your order we will contact you via e-mail for approval of the shipping method and charges. | Delivery Schedule We ship most, in stock orders to customers in the continental US within 24 to 48 hours via UPS Ground. Special order items are usually shipped within 10 to 14 days. However, since we do not stock most special order items, there are exceptions. On all orders, please allow another 1-7 days for UPS or USPS to reach your location, from our New Jersey Warehouse. In the event timing is important, please let our customer service department know. Alternative shipping methods can be arranged. If you are ordering from outside the continental United States, before processing your order we will contact you via email for approval of the shipping cost, if we feel it exceeds the expected shipping cost. |

For purchases of bolts, we will not issue a refund if the fabric has been removed from the bolt or tube. We're sorry, but fabric received after thirty days will not be credited. |

Simply return your uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric to us within 30 days, and we will credit your credit card, for the cost of fabric. In order to better serve you, please tell us why you are returning the fabric. This will in no way affect your credit. Please note, it may take 10-15 days for us to inspect, and process your return. This offer applies to fabrics sold by the bolt, roll or piece. Free Return Shipping Policy for fabrics sold by the yard. For domestic returns only, Simply contact our customer service department for an authorization number, and shipping details. For authorized returns within 30 days of the original purchase, you will receive a credit for the fabric returned and the cost of that return as authorized by FabricDirect.com.
