Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric including the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.

First, dealing with Fabric direct has been great. They were quick to respond to problems with an order and were generous in their response,
I have been looking high and low for a good bed sheet weight muslin without success. This medium weight was it ( a heavier muslin than what I found for a lot of “heavy weight” muslin I encountered) and this is it. The fact that I could get it 120” wide was also a plus.
