Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.

Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric including the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.

Additional or upgraded shipping cost is not refundable.
Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

Receiver must inspect order upon receipt. FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
