Simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number. Our Customer Service department will issue a Return Authorization Number for any uncut, unwashed, unaltered fabric within 30 days of purchase, and issue a credit for the full cost of that fabric including the shipping cost up to our $9.99 flat rate.
