FabricDirect.com offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy; simply contact our Customer Service department for a return authorization number.
Our Customer Service Department will issue a return authorization number (this number is for internal use only and to be clearly written the outside of the return package) valid for 30-days. The original shipping cost of your purchase is not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and can sent back using any shipping method you prefer.
Note: All returns must be in the same condition, shape and on its original support when applicable example; bolt or roll. Failure to not meet these terms, may result in your return not being fully refunded.
Receiver must inspect order upon receipt as FabricDirect.com is not responsible for any subsequent cost such as sewing or manufacturing once the fabric is cut, altered or used.
For returned packages which delivery was refused, a 10% surcharge will be deducted from your refund.
In order to better serve you, please tell us why you are returning the fabric, this will in no way affect your credit.

- It may take up to 7-15 days for us to inspect, and process your return.
- Fabric returned without the Return Authorization Number issued by our Customer Service Department will not be credited.
- A digital photo may be required for request of credits
